Appointments in Patriots

The Patriots has taken in coach Dom Capers as a special assistant. Nick Caserio has been appointed as the director of player personnel. Bill O’Brien was declared the receivers coach. Capers was till then the defensive coordinator of Miami Dolphin. Caserio was the wide receivers coach of the team. O’Brien was the coaching assistant of the team. The head coach of the team, Bill Belichik has remarked that it is an outstanding opportunity for the team to have Capers as a special assistant. The team is also excited about capitalizing on the experience of Bill O’Brien. Nick has been a part of the organization for long and the team looks forward to take advantage of his immense understanding of the game.

Capers has an experience of 36 years as a coach. He had worked for Carolina panthers, Houston Texans, Pittsburgh Steelers, Jackson Ville jaguars and Miami Dolphins before he joined the Patriots. Caserio has been a part of the organization since 2001 and has served in the personnel department and as a coaching staff. He started his career at central Michigan after which he joined the Patriots. Bill O’Brien would be serving his first term as NFL position coach. Before joining the Patriots he served in Atlantic Coast conference, Georgia Tech, Duke and Maryland.
